Size exchange: If cutsomer has any size issue with the product delievered then he/she needs to mail us at oneweindia@gmail.com within 24 hours from the date of Delievery.An amount of ₹200 will be charged for size exchange. Please note exchange is allowed once per order. Return: We humbly don’t take returns once sold. Damanged/wrong Delievery: We have a special team who check each of the garment very carefully & then approve the item for shipping,there are 0% chances of getting defected or wrong product,but it so, it will be replaced with the next fastest possible courier facility. Can I cancel my order? Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation. You can cancel your COD orders within 24 hours of order placed,call us @8005745283 or mail us at pehnosa@gmail.com to request a cancellation. Why my exchange is not accepted?
